After you have d\l JSGME, run it, it will ask you where to place it, place it in the main SH4 directory. Once it is in there, run it once, this will create a Mods folder. This is where the JSGME Compatible Mods go.
Go back to the JSGME, run it and you will see any mods you have extracted into the Mods Folder there, on the left side. When you activate, they move to the right. Remember to be in port when doing this.
