Technically speaking Poland never surrender. There was no formal paperwork signed between Germany, USSR and Poland. Again Technically speaking the final part of the peace treaty between Poland and Germany was signed in 2006 when Germany recognised the West Polish border since Poland was about to enter the EU  |
