One poster suggested looking at the CareerTrack.upc file. I did...and it says I'm assigned to _Fremantle_. Is this where I'm supposed to tie up? I'll be reloading the game and trying it soon, but maybe a vet can help me out first?

Yea, it seems your base was changed. Try Freemantle. If it won't let you dock go to Pearl.
