Definitely not missing the targets as they do their thing, it's just that they do it at 400yrds to 600yrds. (Normally I sit at 1000yrds to 1200yrds for a kill)
As for the crew not polishing the torpedoes or waxing them enough.. well.. I doubt very much the Modding community has added that to their Mod..
If they did... chapeau!
Like I said, I don't mind the dud's.. otherwise I'd set the option "no dud's".
No less then 15 fish were premature, one after the other.. not a single 'good' torpedo between them, that is exaggerating it a bit.
I'm not the 1 torp 1 kill kind of player (hate that) although I always look for the sweet spot of a vessel in order to save as many fish as I can just in case I find the 'big' one. |
This is the perfect set-up otherwise you will get a dud
