BTW, when CCIP started his "hardcore torpedo dud" mod (which makes them very much worse than stock, BTW
), some people had a problem where if they got 1 failure (usually a gyro angle problem), EVERY fish they fired that patrol had the problem. It could be that every so often random stuff ends up not random for a whole patrol...
One thing is that premature rates are very sensitive to the sea state. Were you shooting in marginal weather?
