On my second patrol first mission 5 of my torp's were premature.
I figured that could happen, went for a refit and on my second mission, out of my 12 bow torp's 8 were premature. 
Took me 3 day's after the initial assault to relocate the taksforce just to find out the damn torpedoes were dud's again and another 2 day's after that to find out the same again. last 4 tub's arn't used cause now I lost the TF
Really starting to wonder if I have a saboteur aboard.
