I have spent some time looking navy bases and didn't find anything in Tokyo and the near it bases.

Thank you. I have started third career and founded only Kobe, and remember that in Rabul finded one time two carriers but that was the photo-carrier mission and the was an anti-sub net and mines underwater
and it was pretty hard to get close to that ships.
