point the boat toward the darkest (and therfore depest) spot on the map and make a b-line right for it.
only other suggestion i can make is let them make DC runs on you while your sitting shallow... with any luck they will graze the conning tower and sink themselves and you can run for your life... if you survive.
as long as they are in contact with you the chances of more enemy boats showing up increases.

and for future reference. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER attack a single escort or a pack of them in shallow water (less than 150 meters). They just arent worth enough tonnage or renown to be worth it.
unless your in the suicide squad driving around an uber-fantasy-boat :rotfl:then i recommend high speed slashing attacks on even the largest task force regardless of water depth.
