The
jello water is not limited to you, it has to do with the cameras, not the water effect itself ( this from leovampire ), it is ( a fix ) being worked on and will be a small JSGME mod that will go over LBO when it is done.
Check my
sig for a great JSGME guide, it is a must if you are dealing with mods. Not sure about your other question, somebody else may offer more.
