Dale Jr. will be with Mountain Dew/Pepsi next year it looks like. Bud will be going with Kasey Khane. Mark and Amarola will be in the 8 car with continued Army sponsership. Regan Smith will be in the 01 car for a full ride.
I love NASCAR, used to like it, and love baseball, until that strike in the early 90s, and then dropped baseball.
It might sound silly, but I like the competition level in Nascar, I like the fact that they teams use real jacks, the cars aren't fuel injected, They are V8 four speed cars, I understand what all the drivers are saying. I like the history. I like to read about Smokey Yunick, Fireball Roberts, Jr. Johnson and such.
It's loud, brash, and the cars are indestructible compared to Cart or F1.
That's it, I'm basically just a redneck, I guess.
