I'd be surprised if something doesn't exist right now that is doing the job, but then again maybe I wouldn't be surprised. The state of our satilites, the state of our ever aging air force (With a few new toys, but they don't make up the bulk of anything - the bulk is still F-15, F-16, and B-52's - ugghh!).
