Just downloaded and installed. In the med, bang.... black swan and a cunard passenger liner. First one I've ever seen... got within a thousand yards and hit her with four torps. She slowed and just sank straight down. Got plenty of survivors most looked fine. A few seemed to float a little too high, one guy was even face down in the water and one guy bobbed like a cork. Eventually they all sank like the boxes do. I thought it added something needed.
