Well, I just tried the End Patrol and nothing. No fish and no ammo, and worked the same as Refit. I'm gotten no message to change base from Surabaya to anywhere else... date is Feb24th 1941.

I'll delete the end of my Insertion mission and try again. BTW.. it was successful and with only 4 fish I did manage to sink 4 Japanese merchants..... 4ht one was by deckgun. LOL

I'll get this sorted one way or the other. I just hope there could be a mod to get this fixed and work like SHIII ends her patrols. No confusion would be great.
