Stock SH4 1.3 is superior to Stock SH3 1.4b, now SH4 1.3 vs. GWX is a different story, but it is getting there.
Just take a look in the archives at
early SH3 stuff, it is not much different than current SH4 discussions. That game like early SH4 had its issues, plus folks to an extent were expecting a similar experience with SH4, it is a differrent theatre, game, so it is a different experience.
