the tweaker changes the original file name to "copy of" prefix, ("torpedo.zon" becomes "copy of torpedo.zon") this file must be located and moved out of the original folder or it will not allow the changes to take effect as long as it is there.
if it is a issue with RFB 1.31 then make your changes with RFB 1.31 installed and it will make changes only when that mod is installed.
i usually make changes to all the other mods i use to personalize them to my liking so any mod i use has the changes i like.

I'm sorry sir,I have tried and tried and I cant get it..
I always have trouble with any programs like that...The only way I get somethings done is if a friend gets on the phone with me and leads me by the hand..Thank you any way I'll just do without....
