Therefore, he may have stated this but I did not claim it was for strategy or tactic. You somehow read this into my statement of "This is what he ment by shock and awe." Apparently you did know who 'he' was or am I wrong on this account? At any rate, I'm not quite certain what you are getting at from a joking statement I posted relating to shock and awe.

Well, you are misplacing my comment, be that as it may. You have yet to show me where GWB, Don Rumsfeld or anyone in the US military establishment used the term 'shock and awe' when it came to Iraq strategy.
I certainly remember hearing it from the media.
