Basically the trick is NOT to make the lines/numbers etc completely WHITE!, but rather a bit GRAYISH!
Aslo check out the "NEW CLOCK.dds" for 1.3 and look at the clock needles, they are RED and BLUE and has this added to the .ini Whole code block:

Tryied both... i made my numbers grey, and changed the numbers colour...
Nothing happens...

I remember i abandom this many time ago... was not posible for me to make the bearing strip more bright...
I think so we need a command like the rig for red, wich change the bearing numbers colours... or may be to move the rig for red time to an early time. The main problem is when the sun goes down, at sunset.
