Is there any document or guide available that details the develpment of japanese radar and sonar technology as implemented in the game? Obviously the jap escorts develop a radar cabability at some point - but the question is when? 1943 sometime?

I've been playing a campaign in '43 and would like to know the exact cabability of the enemy I face. Radar detection ranges, passive sonar detection range / cababilty, radar in ASW aircraft etc

Can this data be obtained from the sensors.dat file in any readable way?

On a linked topic where in the SH4 directory would I find the .cfg file that determines torpedo data and stuff like failure rate etc?
