I believe this little bugger is in the US as well. Probably one of the most useless of the insect family around. Several ways to combat it. No standing water in peoples yards for them to breed. Spraying insecticide in the neighborhood. Let the birds and bats have at 'em. Stay the heck inside with full environmental suit, inclusive of airtanks.
