they look fantastic when carefully cut out and taped together and could almost be used for plotting intercepts and navigational plotting though i doubt i will go that far! if laminated with large laminating sheets one could easily plot all of their sinkings on the charts over the span of a career and use a marker to mark mine fields and net positions as well as known convoy routes  |
I bought a replica grid map off ebay a while ago - colour, glossy paper, A2 size (16.5" × 23.4"). Quite cheap. Lovely.
Also wanted one of these reefer jackets...
