You need PaintShop or PhotoShop, there is a free program called Gimp but I am not sure if you can do them with this one. You can turn pictures or create your own and save them as 80x80 or 90x90 as a TGA format and pop them in to the Sub Emblems Folder. |
Saint Paint Studio (if you can find the free version) is a nice and easy to use piece of kit
