I doubt it. If anything, DX10 is about the last thing that would get more people to buy Vista, and MS isn't about to miss their chance there.

I would consider switching to Vista in a couple of years if gaming really migrates to DX10, but for no other real reason. If DX10 comes out for XP, then hot damn, I don't think I'll ever jump ship
