I don't believe "Prt Scr" key has ever been worth a dam since the birth of the computer. Anyway "ctrl + F11" puts a "Bitmap" image in your SH4 directory and you need to change that to a "JPEG", send it to somewhere like "Photobucket" ( lots of host on the web ). Copy & paste to your SH4 post.
And to answer your question as to why is it ctrl + F11 instead of Print Screen, well its the SH4 devs fault
