lutzow,did you get the modern XXI skin working?or the other skin you mentioned in GWX?If so would you please host the fixed GWX compatable versions of them on your FF page,the mere mention of extracting TGA's and packing DAT's makes my mind boggle     I'm just about to get a typeXXI and would love to run a GWX compatable skin on it,hope you can help  |
Yo man - i did it and i have extracted two sets of skins from modes:
''Geheimprojekt_Type_XXI'' and ''Modern_Skin_Type_XXI'' ... but i have encountered a problem with those free tga's...After enabling
them in JSGME they don't load...So i try to rename them like in other
mod skins and now it looks like that:
My pathway in JSGME:
GeheimprojektTypXXI - extracted\data\Textures\TNormal\tex
and names of tga's:
conning_stuff
NSS_Uboat21_Deck
NSS_Uboat21_Hull
NSS_Uboat21_UFlak
After starting the game loaded is only...conning_stuff - the rest of my
XXI is dressed in stock GWX grey colours...
Did i missed something? And maybe i was write wrong names - i suppose
that this is a reason. But i don't know what names to write...
I checked skin maded by Fubar - skin is already in tga's:
Typ 21_20mm_UFlak
Typ 21_Deck
Typ 21_Hull
conning_stuff
- those names are writed automatically after unpacking by SH3Unpacker_build143 which i used...but that named TGA's are not working on Geheimprojekt_type_XXI. I don't checked Modernskin...
Could someone resolve this small pro?
What are the correct names for tga's in skin type XXI?
