That is indeed the case, last night I docked at Midway to pick up more AA ammo as I had a nice big hole in my side and had no choice but to sail home on the surface and slog it out with Jap aircraft. Lucky for me I had no more planes to bother me as I limped home to Pearl. |
But when you arrive to your starting harbour (at the end of your patrol) , your sub is being repaired, isn't she ?
