Sadly most of Fubars skins are not available on his FF page,so if anybody has this skin or others that are rare and unavailable by other modders please host them for download,I personally would love to have that skin,it looks amazing,we are lucky to have such talented modders in our midst,its just a shame that some of there best work is lost to some of us late members of the Subsim community
