Maybe one of the mods can add
SHII to your Thread Title, may get a few more views for you. I have not played the game in awhile, so I am not sure what the problem may be.
Hopefully you get it worked out.
By the way, SH3 and SH4 are miles ahead of SHII( Stock ), so you got that to look forward to
