Thats what I had to do,tell the WO to get them to fire at will,then select a range,and then get him to tell them to fire at will again,may take a few goes,but they will start hopefully,had this problem myself,went 3 whole careers without shooting at 1 single plane unless I did it myself

then all of a sudden,BANG,they were off and now they shoot at anything remotely comming near

and with all that flak power you should be able to tackle most things,except 4 mosquito's

don't ask,it only looked like 2 on the radar
