When you're quoting, it is
polite to name the person you're quoting so people know it's a quote and not an original text. Here on subsim, I would call it "valor at sea". We all make mistakes,live & learn.

Yes, it does. But usually, the problems are not found in my code (as is the case you mentioned). The entire GUI, the CrewManagement, TDC, PositionKeeper, SpeedEstimate (etc) do their job every time.
And I can take a constructive criticism.
PS: the damage model and ship zoning worked great in SH3 because the guy who did it is a genius, but then he left a few months before SH4, and that code remained without a clear owner.
