Not sure what you mean by "every bearing" - the actual in-game sound you hear of a ship pinging is for effect, but everyone inside a submarine being targeted by SONAR / ASDIC would be aware of it and would hear the searcher.
But when they got my ping why they know where i am?They don't know where you are,but they are alerted that you are around,& be overhead soon,depending on range of interception.

Is sonar ping sound loud enough so that we can hear even without hydrophone?Yes,in the sub.
