Any suggestions of what I am doing wrong ?
If you used Setkeys before the problem happened, then that's what did it! Setkeys does something to Commands.cfg that breaks some commands (it was written for SH3) I don't know what exactly it does, but the two broken commands I noticed the 1st time I used it were Gramophone and Radio. Neither one would work anymore just like you describe.

If this is the case, and if you have a copy of the original, unmodified Commands.cfg, try this:

1) Rename your "bad" Commands.cfg.
2) Copy back the original Commands.cfg.
3) Run SH4 and try Gramophone/Radio - they should work now.
4) If they do work, open the "good" Commands.cfg in a copy of Notepad, and open the "bad" Commands.cfg in another copy of Notepad.
5) Locate all the changed keymaps in the "bad" file, and copy/paste to the "good" file.

If restoring an original, unmodified Commands.cfg don't get Gramophone/Radio working, then I don't have a clue what's wrong...

If this does fix the problem, be aware that Setkeys will break radio and gramophone again, if you use it again on the live Commands.cfg. I use Setkeys all the time, but only on a copy of Commands.cfg that I put in another folder. Then I copy/paste the changes from the editted file to the live one.

HTH!
