Blackwater does not come out of the Department of Defence budget. Our military manpower is capped by law. These security outfits or whatever you want to call them is therefore a freebie. The military don't have to guard whatever and can use those people on the line. It's all a paper shuffle. |
You are of course right, but what I ment was that in the end, the money comes from the same source. The money spent on Blackwater or simillar companies, could be used by the MoD for a foreign legion.
