Oh are you referring to the whiz wheel Wazoo shows on his tutorial for finding the angle-on-bow?
I don't have the plans for that wheel but I do have a Shockwave version of it (forgot who the author is) uploaded on my webspace (
http://spidermine.com/SHIII/wheel.swf) You can right click and save it to your hard drive for future use.
