Like I stated in earlier post....it all ends up with the all mighty dollar and how much you have
. If you get a chance to see how the USS Batfish got were she is today and the ficticious loans/bonds/political maneuvering etc that were set up to move her, it will make your head spin. I strongly recommend finding a local museum curator and have them get involved. Sure, no talk of scraping but when they see what money can be made from scraping the boat things tend to get a new light on them.
