Sound strange that you dont fins anything on so many patrols.
How long do stay at the sea ? If you just drive to the patrol grid and then back home, it is not meant to be that way. Patrol grid is just a place to go anddo that 24 hrs job, but then the real work starts by seeking the enemy untill it is found.
The seas are full of vessels to be found.
