Sorry Neal but I too can't pick "just" one. There are too many modders that have done an exceptional job on mods. And some have worked with other modders to make a specific mod for SH4.
So in all fairness I'd have to choose..... all the modders that have worked on SH4. They all deserve a
. Without each and everyone of them we'd all be crying in our milk.
