Well I did the file modification as described by ahaseurus2000 and it worked exactly as he described it. Water was smooth as silk. I managed to get some excellent kills off the southeast coast of England using both torps and deck gun. Even blasted some aircraft out of the sky!! After 72 hours and on my way back to home port the weather turned back to stormy. I went back into the three Campaign_ LND, RND, and SCR files and it looks like nothing was changed. I changed all 3 files to read exactly the same settings. I wonder what the overriding file is that changes things after 72 hours??? Perhaps I will try a higher number on the WeatherRndInterval to see if that has any effect.
