Thanks for the interest. I saw yesterday the last HT 1.47 on the Terrapin site, here:
http://u-boot.realsimulation.com/. Go to download section, SH3 general mods.
Anyway all the big mods have HT or at least some slight modified harbour traffic. So, you only needs the old HT mod if you will run your own modded game or the old Rub mod.
