On the main loading screen where it shows the submerged U-boat shooting a torpedo with the wolfs head imposed there too...
in the bottom right hand corner where it says "EXPANSION" in red... there should also be a number in white that says 1.02 or 1.03
if there is no number there at all, you are still on GWX 1.00
