Nothing to stop you using it with RFB afaik, just get the SH3 MiniTweaker and make the mods manually to scene.dat that Leo described. I'm using TM 1.3a which mods scene.dat, I did the manual tweaks and it works great! This is too good to pass up on, you outta give it a try!
