Well. I am still researching to find the actual flanking %. It does seem to be around 125% of Full though. As for the ranges. I am also looking into those a bit. Sorry if I seem to be picky. I just figured that while I might not be able to do these mods (yet) I can at least help with the legwork and crunching.
