We don't.
War mongers are a thing on their own(coffUSAcoff). We are not training military to attack every country in the middle east. There's this big place called Russia nearby, and the new American bases in central Europe wont help a thing. If Russians decide to go, then we are gone, no matter what. Then the best bet is a large army, not being allied with yanks.
