Your "MaxSensorHeight" value 0xC1200000 needs to be 0xC1900000 for it.

18 meters was too deep for me, its real easy to set it to 18 meters if you want, but i probably dont have to tell you
As for the misstakes in tweakfile, could be i dont know, didnt seem to affect this
