bernard is the best to use as torpedo
stuff him with gas and gun powder. then fire him from the torpedo tube (forward or stern doesnt matter) and he'l just swim back after a hit with another ship
but never let his mouth open when on silent running... else he start singing
so stuff his teddy in his mouth
