Gunner - yes it makes all the subs in game have their second "generation" conning tower. Except for the Balao - her late entry keeps it from being necessary. I could have left the Gato alone too, but I liked her 2nd gen tower alot better.
If you use it - just make sure you do so with a NEW campaign - in port or at sea the mod wont take.
