The Pacific is big, really big something like twice the size of the Atlantic. One of the things that really bores the living hell out of me in this game is the long wait it takes to make it back to base after a patrol, I was hoping this would be addressed in the 1.3 patch but alas it wasn't. In SHIII we could end our patrol whenever we wanted assuming their were no hostiles around which I loved I just wish this was implemented in SHIV. I don't suppose any of you modders could maybe make patrols easier on my patience
. It's also really helpful when your diesel are toast and have no way to make it back to base as you can't scuttle the ship or call for assistance (also would be nice little things to have).
