Default Top Performance Settings

So far... I've been able to get the best (and practically seamless) performance with the following settings:

1) I set the Windows "Visual Effects" setting to "Adjust for Best Performance"

2) I set the paging file to what the system had listed as the recommended amount; in my case the page file size suggested setting was 3070

Both of these adjustments can be made on your Windows Control Panel.
From the Control Panel select:
"Performance and Maintenance"
"Adjust Visual Effects"
...and then you make your changes on the "Visual Effects" and "Advanced" tabs.

In my case, GWX was crashing and I was getting a measured studdering in the graphics rendering. After the two adjustments above, GWX now runs smooth and I haven't had any lockup issues or CTD's in several hours of play. Additionally, the windows adjustment for "best performance" has made switching between GWX and MoBo as seamless as if it were a station in the game. I get no lag at all when flipping between the game and MoBo. I'm very happy with my setup now...
