My best bet is you changed something without rolling back SH3Cmdr? Like enabling or disabling a mod? Been there, done that!
Re. your sensors, then perhaps you should try "GWX - My subssettings!". I'm sure you'll like it. Before enabling, roll back SH3Cmdr and disable all other Mods first.
A great way to start a Med-career is to launch SH3Commander and select 23rd/29th Flotilla with start in 9/41. You'll departure from La Rochelle, but your patrolgrid will be in the Med - you will have to go through Gibraltar
In 10/41 your new base will be transferred to Salamis.
If you're not too eager to go through Gibraltar
just select a later date.
