Oh I know what you mean, well, that is just a minor hiccup, you can retract and extend your radar by pressed Shift+R and that will pull it down into the housing. Sometimes it will retract and stick through the housing though. I thought you meant it rotated underwater.
When you extend the radar using shift and r, it goes up onto continuous sweep.

Thx for a tip but it's not working. I'll check my cfg's but I'm using gwx + my modifications so it should work or maybe my fav dials f... up something? I can live with that, my last toying with the radar brought Illustrious over my head but my T3 didn't get him
