I assume that this problem wasn't there docking on the last patrol so you must have done something since then, did you add/enable a mod mid patrol? if so you may have to disable the mod then go back to the last good save, load it, complete the patrol,
then enable mod. If this is not the case you may have done something in windows to cause it, hope this is of some help!
